HISTORY of the COMPANY
Polser Fiberglass Reinforced Plastics, Inc. was founded by Mr. Kadir Cinar in 1980 as a small manufacturing unit in Izmir.
The company’s first line of production was the polymer cast bathtub. During the following three years, with an ambitious effort towards expansion, product lines were increased to cover a variety of different sanitary products from kitchen sinks to Jacuzzis.
Polser eventually became a nation-wide supplier of cast polymer products thanks to its continuously expanding production capacity and the distribution network.

In 1986, management decided to start manufacturing corrugated sheets. The main ingredients of this product are polyester and fiberglass, which Polser had extensive exposure to throughout their cast polymer operations.
The company was planning to expand into a different field of production where they would be able to benefit from the spill over effect from their previous experiences.
In March 1997, Polser pulled its first corrugated sheet out of its production line. It did not take too long for Polser to become a dominant player in the corrugated sheet market.

recognition. Today, Polser is the leading corrugated sheet producers in the domestic market with a strong global
presence.

The company is currently exporting its products to E.C., newly independent states of the Central Asia, and the Middle East. The polymer cast sanitary material production is also continued by Polser’s sister company, Polimar Construction Materials, Co. which begun producing acrylic sanitaryware products since 2001. As a result of its commitment to quality, Polser’s products have been granted the
TSE (Turkish Standards Institute) qualitycertificate.
Besides, the production line of the company has been set up to meet
DIN (German Quality Standards) standards. |
